One thing that the USA trip has confirmed to me is that the global financial economies are so intertwined that contagion is a certainty – France is now looking next to be downgraded – once that happens who is next? Germany? USA?

Twitter is Great for Forex Traders BUT…
The way we approached Twitter as a content source for Forex traders is with the knowledge that 99% of Forex “tagged” content is SPAM. So we need to filter the Twitter posts so you only get the good stuff. The only way to really do this is select key Twitter profiles that are known to generated value not SPAM such as @johnjhardy. I have seen only software vendors use other tags such as the $ but at the end of the day they still have to filter any content using their tag “$” for SPAM.

I have been really busy these last few weeks that I have not traded much. Though – I only really trade the EUR/USD and AUD/USD currently due to time commitments and looking at the state of the euro zone saga its too volatile right now anyway.
